If you're visiting London then make sure you add the Now Gallery to your list of places. From now until September 24 a colourful maze is there waiting for you to play! The gorgeous installation is the work of artist Camille Walala. Known for her bright and colourful patterns Camille has created a labyrinth of walls, mirrors and corridors. Titled WALALA X PLAY the exhibition is strictly shoes off which just adds to the fun factor! Our kids enjoyed this exhibition as much as we did! Be sure to check out the ping pong tables outside the gallery that have also been given a Walala makeover.
Entry is free and the gallery is open every day. Check their website for details here.
The gallery is just next to Greenwich North Tube Station which is on the Jubilee line. Peninsula Square has lots of food options too from Wagamama to Costa and some independent bars and restaurants. I'd recommend it as a day out during the up coming school holidays. There's also a cinema and bowling alley in the same area as the gallery. If the weather is warm the little ones can have fun in the water sprinklers scattered throughout the square.
